The funding is to be used to support the execution of the Phase 2 plan as outlined in the Phase 2 - Planning Guidance for Homelessness and Housing Related Support Services that was published on 3 June 2020.
Welsh Government has also announced
a further round of Innovative Housing Programme Phase 4 (IHP4) includes an
Optimised Retrofit Programme.
