The Local Well-being Plan outlines how the Swansea Public Service Board intends to work collectively to improve well –being in the city and county of Swansea.
The Plan sets out challenges to improve well-being, these objectives have been developed with a wide range of stakeholders from across Swansea.
The Plan also includes steps which outline how the PSB will active the challenges. The steps will be delivered by an Action Plan which will be developed following the publication of the Plan.
