This report is in response to Welsh Government’s request for
all Health Board areas to compile a Statement of Intent which outlines the
proposals for further integration of Health and Social Care Services with the
aim of achieving better outcomes for citizens whilst improving efficiency and
effectiveness. It includes a Statement
of Intent on Integration in Swansea and more details of the staffing structures
to be introduced.
