Minutes: There Panel were asked to review the Findings Report which contains all the evidence the Panel have gathered throughout their inquiry, and to look at this in conjunction with the covering report which detailed the key issues the Panel need to consider when starting to draw their conclusions and recommendations to the piece of work (the key issues are based upon the Panels original Term of Reference for the Inquiry). Following the discussion on the Findings Report, the Panel agreed for the Convener and the Scrutiny Officer to write a draft Final Report to be submitted for discussion at an informal Panel meeting on the 31January 2022.
