Steven Edwards, Port of Milford Haven provided a “For information” report and accompanying powerpoint presentation to provide Joint Committee with:

1)             Progress update on the Pembroke Dock Marine project;

2)             Outcome of the Pembroke Dock Marine Gateway Review, including recommendations and mitigating actions;

3)             Pembroke Dock Marine business case addendum;

4)             Change notifications received from the Pembroke Dock Marine project.

Clare Henson, Project Manager provided a “For information” report and accompanying powerpoint presentation to inform Joint Committee of the progress made and status of the Swansea Bay City Deal Campuses Project.

Jonathan Burnes, Director, Swansea Bay City Deal provided a “For information” report to update Joint Committee on the programmes / projects progress that formed part of the Swansea Bay City Deal Portfolio as outlined in Appendix A.

Jonathan Burnes, Director, SBCD presented a report to inform Joint Committee of the Construction Impact Assessment Summary as outlined at Appendix A.

Resolved that:

1)             Joint Committee approves the report attached at Appendix A.

Ian Williams, SBCD Portfolio Development Manager provided Joint Committee with an updated City Deal Portfolio Business Case required for submission to Welsh and UK Governments.

Resolved that:

1)             Joint Committee approves the SBCD Portfolio Business Case attached at Appendix A for submission to Governments.

Jonathan Burnes, Director, SBCD presented a report to inform Joint Committee of the Proposed change Control Thresholds for the reporting and approval of Change requirements of the associated programmes and projects within the SBCD and share revised Change Control procedure as at Appendix A.

Resolved that:

1)             Joint Committee supports and approves the proposed Change Control Thresholds set out in Table 1.
