Decision: Approved Minutes: The Placemaking and Strategic Planning
Manager presented a report which summarised and detailed the outcomes from the
consultation undertaken on a draft version of the Supplementary Planning
Guidance (SPG),and sought approval from Members to adopt the amended final
version of the SPG. A powerpoint presentation summarising the
key points and aspects of the report was provided to Committee. Following the presentation, Members asked
various questions and sought clarity on certain areas of the report, the Officers
responded accordingly. Resolved that 1) The Conversion of Traditional Rural
Buildings SPG, as attached at Appendix A, be adopted as SPG to the adopted
LDP. 2) The Head of Planning and City
Regeneration, or appropriate delegated Officer, be authorised to make any
outstanding typographical, grammatical, presentational
or factual amendments to the SPG prior to its publication. |

Draft Countryside Access Plan 2023-2033. PDF 248 KB Additional documents: Decision: Approved Minutes: The Countryside Access Team Leader presented a report which
sought approval of the
Draft Plan for the purposes of public consultation. The background history to the development of
the plan, the details and breakdown of the various different parts of the draft
plan contained within it, and the next steps to be taken following approval of
the draft report were outlined and detailed in the report. The plan would be put out for the 12 week public
consultation period as soon as practicable once approved. He outlined that the Authority would be able
to access £25,000 of funding toward the maintenance and improvements of rights
of way from Welsh Government, if the plan was approved. Resolved the Draft Countryside Access Plan is approved for public consultation
and reported back, as amended, to Council for final approval. |
