Planning Application 2023/1070/FUL - Change of use of 1st floor
hair and beauty treatment rooms (Class D1) to residential flat (Class C3) with
associated ground floor garage space at Units 1 To 2, Lime Grove, Killay,
Swansea A visual presentation was given. (Item 2) – Planning
Application 2023/1150/FUL - Installation of flue, first
floor rear Juliet balcony, replacement front porch, alterations to
