recommendation(s) to the report on the grounds that it/they involve(s) the disclosure
of exempt information as set out in the exclusion paragraph of Schedule 12A of

School Transport Appeal. Minutes: RESOLVED that the meeting be adjourned until 10.30 am. The
Committee heard a joint appeal by the parents JE & AF. The appeal was brought against the Department’s decision to designate
the school walking route between Pontlliw and Pontardulais
Comprehensive School as being ‘available’. RESOLVED that the appeal by JE & AF BE DISMISSED. |
