Following the receipt of the Inspectors Report, and the culmination of the Examination process, the report sets out the changes required to the deposit Swansea LDP to make the Plan sound. The Council is now required to adopt the LDP, as amended, by resolution of the Council within 8 weeks of receipt of the Inspectors Report. The report sets out the implications for not adopting the LDP and highlights a work programme involved in producing supplementary planning guidance to augment LDP policies, and the process for monitoring the Plan.
