Decision taken under delegated authority under the Councils Constitution.

 

The recommendation is in accordance with the outcome of a fully compliant procurement process and is considered to offer the Council the most economically advantageous tender. Taking into account risk and reward it is judged to offer the best value for money for the Council.

12/03/2025 - SPF into Changing Room Development programme ref: 2958    Recommendations Approved

Agreement to capitalise a proportion of Shared Prosperity Fund CAT 15 (development of community facilities) funding to contribute towards spend allocated to the changing room development capital project.

 

To comply with Financial Procedure Rule 7 (Capital Programming and Appraisals): to commit and authorise schemes on to the Capital Programme.

1)    To utilise £92,237.01 of the SPF CAT 15 towards changing room development as match funding for a Cymru Football Foundation (CFF) “Large Capital Funding” Improvement bid.

 

2)    To transfer the above amount into the changing room development Capital code (C07903) to be made available as match funding toward the CFF’s “Large Capital Funding” Improvement bid.
