Address/Description of Property.
I live at 11 Acacia Road, West Cross, Swansea, SA3 5LF I technically have joint ownership of the property with my sister as we are beneficiaries of my mother’s estate which is currently going through probate. Once probate is being resolved I will then have sole ownership after buying out my sister’s share.
