Swansea Bay City Region Joint Committee

Council meetings are now being held as Multi-location meetings (also referred to as hybrid meetings) and where possible are being live streamed.

The Local Government & Elections (Wales) Act 2021 allows the Council to hold its meetings remotely and / or where participants are not physically all in the same place.

Information about Swansea Bay City Region Joint Committee

The Joint Committee has been established to monitor the Swansea Bay City Region City Deal.

 

A Joint Committee Agreement was made between Carmarthenshire County Council, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Pembrokeshire County Council and the County and City of Swansea to work together to discharge their obligations to one another, the Welsh Government and the UK Government to promote and facilitate project The Joint Committee has been established to monitor the Swansea Bay City Region City Deal.
