Resolved that: -

1)             Councillor R A Fogarty be elected Chair for the 2024-2025 Municipal year.

Note: Councillor R A Fogarty is currently absent on a period of Family Absence for 26 weeks. A Substitute Chair is therefore required to be appointed.

2)       Councillor H Lawson be elected Substitute Chair during Councillor R A Fogarty’s period of Family Absence.

1)             Councillor H Lawson be elected Vice-Chair for the 2024-2025 Municipal year.

2)       Councillor M Jones be elected Substitute Vice-Chair during Councillor R A Fogarty’s period of Family Absence.
