Resolved that the undermentioned planning application be approved: (Item 1) - Planning Application 2024/0728/FUL - Two storey side extension at 3 Acacia Road, West Cross, Swansea A visual presentation was provided.

PDF 115 KB Decision: Approved Minutes: The Committee was requested to exclude the public from the meeting during consideration of the item(s) of business identified in the recommendation(s) to the report on the grounds that it / they involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as set out in the exclusion paragraph of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) (Wales) Order 2007 relevant to the item(s) of business set out in the report. The committee considered the Public Interest Test in deciding whether to exclude the public from the meeting for the items of business where the Public Interest Test was relevant as set out in the report. Decision: Approved Minutes: The report was presented to the Committee on behalf of the Head of Planning & City Regeneration which outlined the breaches of planning control that are occurring at the site. The background history relating to the various issues at the property were outlined and detailed to members. A visual presentation was provided and various photographs of the site were displayed. Resolved that the recommendations outlined in the enforcement report be approved.
