Resolved that the Minutes of the External Funding Panel held on 4 September 2019 be approved and signed as a correct record.

Chloe Lewis, Transport Strategy Officer accompanied by Ben George, Team Leader – Transport Strategy and Monitoring presented a report to provide details of the funding application for the Office for Low Emission Vehicles On-Street Residential Chargepoint Scheme Fund 2019/20.

Resolved that External Funding Panel note the submission of the Office for Low Emission Vehicles On-Street Residential Chargepoint Scheme Fund 2019/20 application.

Karen Gibbins, Library Service Manager presented a report in relation to making an expression of interest to apply to the Welsh Government, Museums Archives and Libraries Division Capital Grant Programme 2020/21, to redesign and remodel public space area at Gorseinon Library to accommodate Housing interview rooms, improved public toilet facility and to maintain and enhance good quality library service provision.

Resolved that External Funding Panel approve the expression of interest to submit a formal application for funding for £180,000 match funded at 10% from library revenue funding during 2020/21.
