rationale and purpose of the Medium Term Financial Plan, detailing the major
funding assumptions for the period and proposes a strategy to maintain a
balanced budget.
Resolved that the Medium Term Financial Plan 2026/27
to 2028/29 be approved as the basis for future service financial planning.
