The Council is seeking to dispose of public open space at Kilvey Hill by way of a long-lease. In accordance with s123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972 a Public Open Space Notice must be publicised so members of the public can object to the disposal. All objections are to be considered by Cabinet before a decision is reached to approve or not approve the disposal. This purpose of this report is to outline the objections and to seek authority to dispose of the land.
