Framework agreement is required for Building Services to carry out day to day work. This framework covers: Heavy Building Material, Timber, Doors, Paint, Ironmongery, Fixings, Roofing materials, PVC Fascia and miscellaneous items. This will allow Building Services on behalf of Swansea Council to carry out works to our Housing stock and Schools and other public buildings.
