To seek Cabinet approval for the levels of financial support needed for the period April 22 to March 23 for our leisure partnerships (Freedom Leisure, Wales National Pool and JR Events) due to losses and a financial recovery plan related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, for Cabinet to consider current and future energy cost increases and the option of spend to save investments in order to mitigate.
