The report will summarise the background to the WG requirement to produce a Housing Support Programme Strategy and Action Plan 22-26.
The report will outline the strategy purpose and summarise the key issues i.e. to set out the current need and demand and the challenges Swansea faces to make Homelessness Rare, Brief and Unrepeated. It advises the Strategy includes a 5 year action plan outlining the Councils intended activity including engagement with partners that is required to address those challenges.
