A phased regeneration scheme is being prepared for Castle Square from feasibility, through to design, planning and implementation. This report summarises the current short list of design options, outcomes from consultations, RIBA stage 2/3 scheme costs and seeks funding from the capital budget and authorisation to deliver the project during 2022/23.
