Following the Shaping Swansea opportunity launched in March 2020 seeking a long term development partner to continue regeneration alongside the Council, bidders were invited to submit their approach to the partnership and initial proposals for 3 of the 7 sites. These will be outlined for approval alongside the proposed legal documentation and financial implications.
