There is an existing Agreement for Construction and Lease between Swansea Council and Mumbles Community Association (MCA) for Underhill Park to enable the improvement of Community Facilities.
Mumbles Community Council (MCC) have offered a substantial amount of funding to MCA to enable the proposed improvements.
However, to provide this funding MCC also require a legal interest in the land so approval is sought to negotiate and agree the most appropriate terms required with MCA and MCC.
