Swansea BID was incepted in 2006 and a continuation BID was agreed in 2011 and 2016. The current BID is coming to the end of its current 5 year term and will be subject to a ballot renewal process for a subsequent fourth term in March - June 2021.
The purpose of the Report is to overview the BID scheme to date and, as one of the largest BID members/ stakeholders, to set out the implications for the Council of the continuance of the BID with a view to seeking the support of members.
