City and County of Swansea with the support of Welsh Government Energy Services have carried out model financial scenario towards the development of a 3MW Ground Mounted Solar PV farm to both generate a sustainable income over 35 years (through Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)) and moving towards a net zero carbon economy.
