The childcare offer provides working parents with 30 hours of government-funded childcare and early education for 3 and 4 year olds for 48 weeks of the year.
Swansea was selected as 1 of 7 Local Authorities to work with the Welsh Government to pilot the new Childcare offer from September 2017 prior to full national rollout in September 2020.
The purpose of the Report is to approve proposals to expand the offer to additional areas.
