The City and Council of Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthen Councils have agreed to work together to promote and facilitate projects funded under the Swansea Bay City Deal. The Joint Committee Agreement regulates and documents their respective rights and obligations to each other to enable the Councils to work together to to establish and participate in a joint committee.
