The Additional HMO Licensing scheme that applies in the Castle and Uplands Wards expires in March 2016.
To renew the scheme there is a legal process to be followed. This includes a review of the scheme and HMO policy, legal conditions to be met, public consultation, legal notification and approval by Council.
