The Swansea
Community Renewable Energy and Enterprise Scheme (CREES). This scheme is
exploring how local people in some of Swansea's most economically deprived
areas can benefit from community renewable energy projects. Following the
completion of detailed feasibility studies, this report makes a series of
recommendations on the most suitable model for delivering the scheme.
