It is proposed the Council grants Clydach
Community Council a 99 year lease for Graigfelen Hall
at a peppercorn rent under the Council’s Wellbeing Powers. The community hall
will promote wellbeing within the community of Graigfelen. Clydach Community
Council will be responsible for all building maintenance and operational costs
throughout the term of the lease.
