The Swansea City Centre Strategic Framework Review is
intended to set out proposals that will guide new investment in the City centre
over the next 15- 20 years. The Framework will establish development
priorities, design principles and an accessibility strategy in response to a
number of strategic objectives. It is intended that this will become SPG and
inform the preparation of the LDP.
