There is a Welsh Government requirement to establish a National Adoption Service. As part of the Functional Model Regional Services are required to be in place in five regions across Wales, with Western Bay being one of those regions. The report is to update on the developments and make recommendations for the implementation of the Western Bay Adoption Service.
