A decision will be sought to approve terms for the Council
to acquire the site and buildings to facilitate the regeneration of St Davids.
It is proposed that the existing residential occupiers will be relocated to new
building to be built on part of the Vetchfield by the existing provider which
will require Cabinet to approve the disposal of the preferred site.
