The report details the outcome of the consultation on
proposed amendments to the City and County of Swansea’s Statement of Principles
(Gambling Policy) in respect of a proposal to pass a resolution not to issue
casino premises licences (a No Casino Resolution),
sets out the legislative provisions that enable a licensing
authority to pass a resolution not to issue casino premises licences, the
effects of passing the resolution and the proposed changes to the Council’s
Gambling Policy.
