There is a current planning application in for Fforestfach Trust to build a new building off Ravenhill Road. If the planning is successful the Trust will own the building which will be worth a lot of money and Trust asset. As such I would like to change my declaration of interest to read as follows. As chairman and a trustee of the Fforestfach Trust I will have a personal and prejudicial interest in the planning application and as such other than talking to a planning officer (which I have to ask progress ) I cannot get involved in any further discussion. Also under the charity's trust documents I must act in the best interest of the charity at all times while acting as a trustee.		05/02/2024
