Armed Forces Community Covenant Signatories Panel

Council meetings are now being held as Multi-location meetings (also referred to as hybrid meetings) and where possible are being live streamed.

The Local Government & Elections (Wales) Act 2021 allows the Council to hold its meetings remotely and / or where participants are not physically all in the same place.

Information about Armed Forces Community Covenant Signatories Panel

The City & County of Swansea and its partners signed the Swansea Armed Forces Community Covenant on 4th December 2012. This signing of the Community Covenant has allowed charitable organisations from the City & County of Swansea area access to the Community Covenant Grant Scheme. This panel was formed from the Swansea Signatories to discuss submitted applications and to prioritise those that matched the criteria for further assessment by the Ministry of Defence.
