submitted a report which outlined a request from the Joint Scrutiny Committee
to change the Terms of reference. Resolved that: 1) The amendment to the Terms of Reference set out at Paragraph 1.5 of the Joint Scrutiny Committee be approved; 2)
The
Monitoring Officer of Swansea Council / Heads of Legal of Carmarthenshire,
Pembrokeshire and Neath Port Talbot Councils be authorised to enter into any
agreement necessary to effect the changes to the Joint Committee Agreement. |
