2.	To elect a Chair for the Municipal Year 2018 - 2019. Minutes: Resolved that Councillor R V Smith be elected Chair for the 2018-2019 Municipal Year. (Councillor R V Smith presided)
3.	To elect a Vice-Chair for the Municipal Year 2018 - 2019. Minutes: Resolved that Councillor K M Roberts be elected Vice-Chair for the 2018-2019 Municipal Year.
