To approve & sign the Minutes of the previous meeting(s) as a correct record.

Resolved that the Minutes of the Planning Committee held on 7 December 2021 be approved and signed as a correct record.

All four applications deferred to meeting on 18 January 2022.

The Development Manager outlined that due to staff sickness absence, the speaking rights letters for committee had not been sent to applicants, agents or third parties.  

As a result, officers sought approval from Members to defer consideration of the applications for a week to allow these letters to be sent and to give interested parties the opportunity to address Committee.

Resolved that the four planning applications due to be considered at the meeting be deferred to a special meeting to be held at 2pm on Tuesday 18 January 2022.
