In accordance with the Code of Conduct adopted by the City and County of Swansea, no interests were declared.

To approve the Minutes of the meeting of the Business and Administration Cabinet Advisory Committee held on 30 September 2014.

RESOLVED that the Minutes of the meeting of the Business & Administration Cabinet Advisory Committee held on 30 September 2014 be approved as a correct record.

The Terms of Reference for the Committee were noted.

The Chair outlined the various areas of responsibility within the portfolio of the Cabinet Member for Transformation & Performance Councillor Clive Lloyd.

He indicated that he had undertaken initial discussions with the Cabinet Member who had suggested the following two areas for the Committee to examine:-

·       Should Swansea become a Co-operative Council.

·       ICT Policy.

AGREED that the two areas above be examined by the Committee.

AGREED that future meetings of the Committee be held at 11.00am. (Dates and venues to be circulated by Democratic Services)
