To approve & sign the Minutes of the previous meeting(s) as a correct record.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the External Funding Panel held on 7 December, 2016, be approved as a correct record.

The Western Bay Programme Co-ordinator offered apologies on behalf of the Western Bay Programme Director and presented a report which sought to approve the second tranche of Intermediate Care Funding (ICF) Revenue Funding for 2016/17 for the City and County of Swansea.

Members asked questions of the Officer who responded accordingly.

RESOLVED that:

1.     the External Funding Panel ENDORSE the additional Intermediate Care Fund Revenue Schemes for preventative schemes for older people, people with learning disabilities and children with complex needs for the City and County of Swansea (included in Appendix 2); and

2.     The Western Bay Programme Co-ordinator circulate details of spending totals and organisations in receipt of resources (in respect of tranche 1 and 2) to the Panel.
