Resolved that the External Funding Panel approve the Family Finding Invest to Save application. |

Integrated Care Fund: Dementia Funding 2018/19. PDF 112 KB Additional documents: Minutes: The Western Bay Programme Co-Ordinator presented a report to advise the Panel of the Integrated Care Fund (ICF) Revenue Funding for Dementia services and projects in line with the National Dementia Action Plan across Western Bay region for 2018/19. The Western Bay Programme Co-Ordinator stated that since the report had been drafted, the Welsh Government had in fact approved the 6 schemes outlined in Appendix 1 that relate to the Swansea area. In addition a further 8 schemes had also been approved. Resolved that the External Funding Panel retrospectively approves the acceptance of the ICF funding for dementia services in Swansea. |

Proposed 3 Year Learning Programme - Glynn Vivian Art Gallery - Drafting the Future. PDF 231 KB Minutes: The Cabinet Member for Investment, Regeneration & Tourism presented a report to seek approval to submit a proposal to the Esmee Fairbairn Collections Fund/Museums Association London for 100% grant aid for a 3 year part-time Learning Programme to bring the Gallery’s ‘hidden’ Works on Paper collection to light by engaging with participants from low economic and deprived backgrounds in Swansea – entitled Drafting the Future. Resolved that the External Funding Panel notes the implications in the report and approves the submission to attract up to £80,200 additional funding, at no cost to the Council. |

Exclusion of the Public. PDF 111 KB Minutes: The Committee was requested to exclude the
public from the meeting during the consideration of the item(s) of business identified
in the recommendation to the report on the grounds that it involved the likely
disclosure of exempt information as set out in the exemption paragraph of
Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended by the Local
Government (Access to Information) (Variation) (Wales) Order 2007, relevant to
the item(s) of business set out in the report. The Committee considered the Public Interest Test in
deciding whether to exclude the public from the meeting for the item(s) of
business where the Public Interest Test was relevant as set out in the report. Resolved that the public be

Overview of Current and Forthcoming European and External Funding Applications. Minutes: The External Funding Manager and the Economic Development and External Funding Manager provided updates on planned European and other External Funding applications. The External Funding Team were thanked for their continued efforts in finding the relevant grant funding available for various projects within the Authority. Resolved that the 4 recommendations outlined in the report be approved. |
