Resolved that the following minutes be approved as correct records:

1)    Statutory Licensing Sub Committee – 22 January, 2018;

2)    Statutory Licensing Sub Committee – 23 January, 2018; and

3)    Statutory Licensing Sub Committee – 14 March, 2018.

The Divisional Officer, Licensing, Food & Safety, presented a ‘for information’ report detailing the procedure to be followed in accordance with Section 9 of The Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 to Dispense with a Hearing.

Members noted the report.
