Apologies for absence were received from Councillors A C S Colburn, D W Cole, P Downing, V M Evans and T H Rees.

In accordance with the Code of Conduct adopted by the City and County of Swansea, no interests were declared.

RESOLVED that:

·       the Minutes of the Statutory Licensing Committee  held on 8 January, 2016 be approved and signed as a correct record; and

·       Statutory Licensing Sub Committees held on 23 February and 15 April, 2016 be deferred to the next meeting.
