RESOLVED that Councillor T M White be elected as Chair for the remainder of the 2014/2015 Municipal Year.

Councillor T M White (Chair) presided.

Apologies for absence were received from Councillors J N Newbury and D W W Thomas.

In accordance with the Code of Conduct adopted by the City and County of Swansea, no interests were declared.

To approve and sign as a correct record the Minutes of the Meeting of the Rights of Way and Commons Sub Committee held on 8 October 2014.

RESOLVED that the Minutes of the meeting of the Rights of Way and Commons Sub-Committee held on 8 October, 2014, be accepted as a correct record.

The Head of Legal, Democratic Services and Procurement presented a report to authorise the referral of the Extinguishment of Footpath No. 88, Community of Llangyfelach, to the Planning Inspectorate for determination.

Officers detailed the issues arising from the previous meeting and answered Members’ questions.

RESOLVED that the Order be referred to the Planning Inspectorate for determination.

The Head of Legal, Democratic Services and Procurement presented an update report in respect of Footpath No. 64, Community of Llanrhidian Higher.

RESOLVED that the report be noted.

NOTED that the next meeting be held at 2.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 28 January, 2014.
