Exclusion of the Public. PDF 238 KB Decision: Penderfynwyd: - 1) Cyfeirio'r mater at Unigolyn Annibynnol Dynodedig (DIP) er mwyn gallu cynnal ymchwiliad i'r honiadau o fwlio ac aflonyddu a wnaed gan yr achwynydd; 2) Yn ystod cyfnod yr ymchwiliad, ni fyddai ataliad ffurfiol yn digwydd yn amodol ar asesiad risg boddhaol i sicrhau bod buddiannau'r ddau barti yn cael eu gwarchod. Minutes: The Committee was requested to
exclude the public from the meeting during consideration of the item(s) of
business identified in its recommendation(s) to the report on the grounds that it/they
involve(s) the disclosure of exempt information as set out in the exclusion
paragraph of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended by the
Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) (Wales) Order 2007,
relevant to the item(s) of business set out in the report. The Committee considered the Public
Interest Test in deciding whether to exclude the public from the meeting for
the items of business where the Public Interest Test was relevant as set out in
the report. Resolved that the public be excluded for the following items on the

Grievance Hearing. Decision: Resolved that: - 1)
The
matter be referred to a Designated Independent Person (DIP) in order that an
investigation can be undertaken into the allegations made by the complainant; 2)
During
the period of the investigation, formal suspension would not take place subject
to a satisfactory risk assessment being undertaken to ensure that the interests
of both parties are protected. Minutes: Adrian Chard, Strategic Human Resources & Organisational
Development Manager presented the Committee with a report into grievance. A written representation was provided within
the report from the Officer concerned. The Committee received verbal representations from the
Officer concerned. Resolved that: - 1)
The
matter be referred to a Designated Independent Person (DIP) in order that an investigation
can be undertaken into the allegations of bullying and harassment made by the
complainant; 2)
During
the period of the investigation, formal suspension would not take place subject
to a satisfactory risk assessment being undertaken to ensure that the interests
of both parties are protected. |
