and presented an action plan for agreement. Resolved that the responses as
outlined in the report and related action plan be agreed. |

were requested to exclude the public from the meeting during consideration of

the grounds that it / they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information

Hafod Copperworks - Penderyn Heads of Terms. Minutes: The Cabinet Member for Investment, Regeneration & Tourism presented a report which sought approval to enter into an agreement to lease with Penderyn on the basis of the negotiated Heads of Terms in line with the Councils Constitution for asset disposals. Resolved that the recommendations as detailed in the report be approved. |
