Meeting Adjournment Request. Minutes: The Chair welcomed all in
attendance to the first Audit Committee to be held
under the Coronavirus (Wales) Regulations 2020. Tracey Meredith, Chief Legal
Officer / Monitoring Officer outlined that an ICT issue over the weekend had led
to the server connection with Modern.gov (the Authority’s Agenda Software)
being severed. This meant that the Audit Committee agenda was not
available for Committee Members and the public to view on the Authority’s
Webpages between 19.45 on 22/05/20 and 09.05 on 26/05/20. As such, the
Authority had not complied with the requirements of Access to Information and advised
that the meeting be adjourned. It was
proposed that the meeting stand adjourned until Monday, 1 June 2020 at
10.00am. Resolved
