The Cabinet Member for Environment & Infrastructure
Management presented a report sought approval for the appropriation of land under
Section 22 of the Local Government Act 1972 and the exercise of Section 203 of
the Housing & Planning Act 2016 in relation to rights of light.
Resolved that the recommendations as detailed in the report be approved.
