The Cabinet Member for Business
Transformation & Performance presented a report, which sought approval for
the acquisition of the two properties as part of the Property Investment
Fund. The Fund was created out of a
Cabinet decision made on 21 July 2016.
Resolved that the
recommendations as detailed in the report be approved.
